Adobe Photoshop APIs (Trial) return 401013 error

Joined the trial Beta as instructed and followed all the steps in creating project from Authentication (adobe.com)

And get the response "Welcome to the Photoshop API!"

Then use the same authorization to request https://image.adobe.io/pie/psdService/photoshopActions, and get the 401013 error.
