Adobe Photoshop Beta Not Clickable on Creative Cloud Why?

cant install adobe photoshop beta in my macbook pro because it is unclickable still unable to install ..

Do you see the beta at all in CC desktop?

Does a computer restart help?

There is no betas in categories panel

Hi @jasona8702902 you are most likely in a managed environment like Enterprise or Teams. Have you admin allow Beta apps access and turn off the 30-day release window. Otherwise you will see betas older than 30 days from release.

Hi @jasona8702902 it appears you have a team account. You need to contact your IT admin and make sure they allow you to download the beta.
