When the Beta series ends, will all of its features be incorporated into Photoshop, or will various versions of the Beta simply continue into the future?

There will always be betas for Photoshop and not everything tested makes it into a general audience release.
As for the publicly available betas - Adobe won't tip their hand on future plans for the program.
