AI generator not working in Photoshop

This message keeps appearing in my Photohop when I try to use the AI generator, do you know why?

sounds like it's not connecting to the internet. It needs access.

Thank you but it is not that, I can delete backgounds with the AI but not the rest

@leila_3278 check your Windows Defender settings and make sure Adobe, Firefly and Photoshop all have access.
