Hi @moi salmor

Please make sure there are no issues:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Ok @moi salmor, you are taking about Ps for web? Sorry we didn't catch that before, you selected Desktop as the Topic.... we have updated it now to Web.

  • Have you checked if you’re in incognito? Ps Web does not run in incognito.
  • Have you toggled this Chrome settings switch?
    chrome://settings/cookies -
Set "Clear cookies and site-data when you close all windows to the ON position.
    Open Ps Web,
    Create a new file.
  • Have you tried in Microsoft Edge?
  • Have you checked the requirements to make sure you computer is up to date?
