I had a photo that I added something to using generative fill. When I tried to print this image, it crashed Photoshop. I reopened Photoshop and the file and flattened the image saving as a JPG (attached). Same result. I can print photos without any generative fill content just fine. But I can't get this image to print. Is it not allowed?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Also, there is no reason you should not be able to print a file that GF was used on... wanted to make sure that is clear.

Hi CoryShubert,
It seems that resetting the preferences did the trick. It will print now. Actually I restarted my computer as well. Thank you!
