Please go to Help > System Info and copy the information into a text file and attach it to this thread. 

If you have an older gpu, try checking “Older GPU mode (pre 2016)” in the Preferences > Technology Previews panel.  Restart Photoshop to see if that resolves the issue.  Thank you

That worked for me. Problem started with 24.3
