Capas enlazadas se mueven como si no lo estuvieran

Se supone que cuando enlazas capas, aunque no estén seleccionadas en la ventana de capas, se deben mover simultánemamente; al menos así era hasta la última actualización. ¿Podrían atudarnos corrigiendo esto?

In Photoshop, you can move or apply transformations to linked layers at the same time. However, if you select a linked layer in the layers panel and move it up/down in the layer stack, it will move independent of any layers that may be linked to it.  For me, it’s working as expected in the latest beta build.  Please let me know if you are seeing something different.
