Started image processing. Then decided to log-in to save changes. On log-in, program error message and image was lost.

Arg, so sorry about the lost data @OliverRyanWong. The team would like to learn more about what your image processing steps were, and if possibly you would be able to capture a log file to send to us. (I realize you may have clicked out of the tab by now so it may not be saved, but just in case). 

 

If possible, here's how you would capture a log to send to us:

 

Google Chrome:

  1. Open the top-right Chrome menu, then in More Tools find and select Developer Tools.
  2. In the Developer Tools that show on the right, click the Console tab at the top.
  3. Right-click within the Console panel and choose Save As…
  4. Save the .log file on your computer so you can share it.

Microsoft Edge: For Microsoft Edge logs, see Open Microsoft Edge DevTools.

 

Once you have the logs, you can email them to Ps-web-logs@adobe.com

 

Again, our apologies for the program error and your lost time and creativity.

We'll do our best to investigate what's going on here so this doesn't happen again.
