It would be great to try it, but I keep getting 'Installation failed" at the 12% download point every time (6 trys so far). I have not been able to see a problem like this elsewhere. Also no problems with the CC installation and management of full apps. My computer is more than capable of handling it and meets requirements.

That did it. Do not have PS regular open and also make sure the internet connection is stable too.
