edit menu too long

My edit menu is too long in newest photoshop beta 25.12 and goes off the bottom of my screen, so I cannot see preferences option

What operating system are you using?

If you move your cursor towards the bottom of the Edit menu does it scroll up?

What about clicking on one of the menu items then using the down arrow on your keyboard?

Windows 10.
I've realised that the issue is that I prefer to have my task bar at the top of the screen. If I have the taskbar at the bottom of the screen I can scroll to the bottom using a small arrow, and see the preferences item.
I can live with having my taskbar at the top and using ctrl-k to get to preferences.
It's just the way it is I suppose.
