Error message on opening image

I got the message in the attached picture and it doesn't apply to my computer. Everything mentioned in the error is incorrect as I have a brand new computer with 16 gb ram, Win 11, Intel processor supporting 64 bit, my Chrome is v. 114.0.573 and I'm not using incognito. I can't think of any reason why it won't open a picture on the web version.

Thank you for the update. Please let us know if you go back to Chrome and if it continues to work or if you see the same issue.

Yeah, still doesn't like Chome. Chrome is my default browser and the one I use for everything.

Here are the basic steps to go through for Ps web, maybe one of these will solve it?

  • Have you checked if you’re in incognito? Ps Web does not run in incognito.
  • Have you toggled this Chrome settings switch?
    chrome://settings/cookies -
Set "Clear cookies and site-data when you close all windows to the ON position.
    Open Ps Web,
    Create a new file.
  • Have you tried in Microsoft Edge?
  • Have you checked the requirements to make sure you computer is up to date?

We know you have checked off some of these, but maybe the clear cookies issue for Chrome?

I tried it again last night on my laptop at home and it still doesn't like Chrome for some reason and I don't use incognito. Any other thoughts?
