Errore avvio nuova versione Photoshop

Non funziona Photoshop Beta 25.10 anche 25.9 e Photoshop 25.9 ricevo sempre errore .(0xc0000142), ho provato ad installare e aggiornare tantissime volte ma niente da fare. Sono veramente scocciato.
