Hola buenas tardes ya he bajado todas las versiones de photoshop beta y no me sirve el efecto de bordado a alguien mas le pasa?

I can't see any problems with your screenshot.

The image is in RGB mode and 8 bit.

The layer is a Smart Object but I tested that and it worked for me.

The selected layer is turned on.

We can't see the Parametric Properties panel.  Did that not appear for you?

Si aplicas alguno de los otros filtros paramétricos, ¿te funciona en ese caso, o pasa lo mismo? Lo comento porque hay gente que dice que los filtros parámetricos duplican la capa, la convierten en objeto inteligente, pero no aplican el efecto seleccionado: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-beta-bugs/parametric-filter-not-working/idi-p/14970440/page... , quizá sea el mismo problema, si bien me parece que a fecha de hoy no tiene solución. Saludos.

Asi es no me sale el panel de " filtros paramétricos" al darle el efecto.
Lo unico que me da es que me duplica la capa en objeto inteligente. pero no no aplica el efecto.

If panels are not showing correctly, then try resetting your workspace.

If that does not help, then reset Preferences.

Another thought...  what is your screen resolution (in pixels)? I am wondering if it might not be fitting all the panels in some situations.
