I have installed Photoshop Beta via Creative Cloud. After the end of the next process is adding module. Unfortunately, the process fails at 88%. The error description appears as shown below. I then tried to download it many times, but the result is still the same, it failed at 88 % with the same error message. I tried following to change the file name as in the error description, but I'm confused about doing it, I don't know where the file is, and what the file name is. I then manually removed creative cloud and photoshop beta with revo uninstaller. Then manually delete the remaining folders in the program file/adobe/ but the result is still the same. Can anyone help me solve the problem.

Hi @Febrianto312537278sou currently you do not have a clean uninstall.

Use the Creative Cloud cleaner tool to properly remove all Adobe related resources then redownload the Creative Cloud app and try again.

If the error persists after a clean install, follow the suggestions on this page
