Thanks for the report about irregular filter edges when using the Picture Frame filter.

Are you seeing this irregularity only in the Photoshop beta? 

Can you provide more detail of what you're seeing that looks irregular to you?

Perhaps a screenshot would help!

When I test, the filter edges seem to be more/less sharp.
