I dont know if this is 100% a bug but i thought that I should write about it just in case. the button is greyed out and it says that it is currently unavailable.

@Joe32537743m26m make sure you are on the latest beta build (uninstall and then go to CC desktop to install latest version) and that you have an active Adobe Subscription.

Hi @Joe32537743m26m we see you have an EDU account, make sure the IT Admin is not blocking the updates as they do have the ability to do so.
