Generative Fill and expand leave a white column on the left side of the image. I always have a second step to fill the white line on the left side after using a generative fill that has the left side in it.

There's a border around the image.  When I try to select part of the image for generative fill the cursor acts like a hand and moves the whole image. How do I get rid of that border?
