Generative fill / expand not blending

With the latest update of PS, I am seeing a clear line on my canvas when attempting to generative fill or expand the edges. I'm using Mac OS 12.6.8. I know this was a known issue back in August. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this again?

Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

I am having this same issue but it doesn't seem to happen every time. What I've been doing is flattening the image once generated then lasso the line and either generative fill the line or content aware fill. Could also try clone stamp? Hope it gets fixed soon!

It seems to be reproducible and more noticeable when applying gen fill on top of a dark section with a good bit of grain (see first image), as if it also has an underlying issue of matching the grain pattern. Second image shows it more pronounced due to editing, for example sake. Third image showing a lighter background will less noise, barely noticeable.

@Dev29339764b0a4 how large is the area you are selecting for Gen Fill?

Various sizes. First screenshot is a 2" by 2" square, empty prompt, second is 2" by 9". "tree prompt".
seems it's mostly reproducible / visible in dark / grainy photos.

inches do not mean anything. What are the pixel dimensions? Or at least give the resolution as well so we can calculate pixels.

I've included some image size examples below where I've seen it occur on a 100 x 200 selection in the middle of the image, however I encourage you to test it yourself on a dark image with grain. I suspect you will have the same results regardless of size, unless small enough where the grain is no longer visible.
