Generative fill: Issues with your results

I thought it worked pretty nice for a good while, but recently this is what I get ~90% of the time trying to generate something (there is a lot of skin present in my imgs, but nothing that wouldn't be covered by an extremely conservative swim suit). Occasionally if I just try the same thing over and over enough times, I get some results, but 90% of time recently I just get this when I try to use Generative fill:

Whether prompt is blank or "." doesn't seem to make much difference nowadays.
Super frustrating. I've used the "Provide feedback" a number of times but naturally getting tired. Please do something.
