Harmonize feature no longer showing in Photoshop Beta

New Here ,

Up until today the harmonize feature would appear as expected into the contextutal task bar, but now it's just not there.

It is up to date and nothing changed that I know of, and I have 500/500 AI credits.

I attached a screenshot showing it's not there.

Anyone have an idea? I need to use it ASAP for class.
