I'm concerned if I sell my photo, I will get sued because Adobe might be sourcing someone else's file. Is Adobe sourcing its own stock images? Is it inventing these edits on the fly?
That brings up another question: If Adobe is sourcing its own stock, what about making an application that will let me source my images? I mean, source all my photos that are on my hard drives.

Thank you Kevin. Now I know that Adobe sources Adobe Stock, and photographs that are outside of copyright. If I utilize this new feature to augment one of my images, can I sell it? And how would anyone know the added element is generative? The general guidelines state that I could use it with confidence, however the article, Adobe Stock And Firefly says I can't sell it. Firefly is used in the Generative Fill within Photoshop, what's the story there?
