Hi @Richard23139846pd18 could you share more about what you are trying to do, screenshots, error messages if you see them... We will be happy to see what might be happening, but we need more information.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
