Impossible utiliser remplissage génératif

Bonjour je viens de télécharger la nouvelle version beta du photoshop et justement je voulais tester l'option remplissage génératif, mais sa me dis que je ne suis pas majeur. Je me suis connecté à mon compte et nul part je ne trouve ou je peux modifier ma date de naissance.

If you find that Generative Fill is greyed out for you or you have a message regarding Age Verification, it is possible that you may not have a valid Date of Birth associated with your Adobe ID account. To update your Date of Birth, you can do any of the following:
• Log into Behance with your Adobe ID and enter your Date of Birth.
• Log into your Adobe account and enter your Date of Birth. To learn more, see Error: "Not eligible to use Creative Cloud services".
Once your Date of Birth is up to date, relaunch the Photoshop (beta) app to enable Generative Fill.

Be aware that if you have previously entered a DOB and you are underage, the date cannot be changed. If you have not previously added age verification, and cannot enter your age verification via Behance, Adobe Customer Care can assist you. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and log into the site. Click the chat pod on the bottom right and type AGENT to get a real person who can help. Bonjour même problème: usage très restreint  de  remplissage generatif . Il refuse la plupart du temps. j' ai réussi à changer une fois ma date de naissance sur Behance, et depuis c' est encore pire. Aucune aide, aucune hotline, aucun service mail

d' assistance.   Pauvre Adobe...

Hi @francoisem71103446 when you say "restrictive use" do you mean that you don't have Generative Fill as an option or that you get rejected when trying to use? If you can access but get rejected, what specifically does it say?

@francoisem71103446 Also please realize this is a BETA software test you are voluntarily participating in. This is not a public release of the main version of Photoshop. All support is managed here in the forums for feedback and questions.

I hope the final version will be less stupid than the beta version. But it's still amazing not to have a hotline to contact to solve this problem. Many people report this problem. An  nothing in forums like yours can only gives a solution that works. May be cancel the account , wait a moment, and open a new would be the only solution.

Hi @francoisem71103446 cancelling your account over a beta software package is pretty extreme.

No one is forcing you to voluntarily participate in the beta. You very well could continue to use the most recent Photoshop public release without issue and let others work through the issues on this beta until resolved.

 

The forums are the best place to collobarate and escalate beta issues to the team for improvements. Issues you experience may already be a reported bug that the team is working on - you are correct that many are reporting  problems. However thats the point of a beta - crowd sourcing product testing. There may not be a solution available at this time but again, thats part of testing a piece of beta software.

 

Having a "hotline" does nothing except isolate issues per user and keeps the team in the dark about possible larger issues that need to be addressed in the next beta update.

Thank you for your reply. I don't understand why the possibility of changing this setting doesn't simply exist in the ADobe account settings. Forcing us to open a Behance account is certainly not a very honest solution. I understand that this is a beta version. But I have my doubts about the integration with Photoshop. This is a recurring problem at Adobe, and I think it will continue.
Let's hope that the many complaints from subscribers who can't find a solution will be resolved. After all, they have paid for that..

Here i have received this msg from Behance. Hope that may help other people .

"Thanks for getting in touch. As you may know, if you're under 18, certain features of Behance and other Adobe services are not available.
 Please try opening an Incognito or Private window and log into Behance again. If your account doesn't have a date of birth set, you'll be prompted to enter one.
 However, if you do not receive this prompt, you've already set a date of birth. Currently, your date of birth cannot be reset if it's already been shared with Adobe.
 If you sign in using social sign-in (Apple, Google, and Facebook), ensure that you've added a date of birth and set to public instead of private."

Hi @francoisem71103446 This is well documented in this forum and in the Generative Fill FAQ page.

 

Behance is an Adobe solution that has an existing age verification process that is being used for this beta.

If you are getting blocked from Generative Fill because of Age restrictions and you are of age, you can contact AdobeCare on twitter for further assistance.

However, if you already have an age entered in your Adobe ID that is valid, they cannot reset or override the setting.

Bonjour, 
je rencontre également un problème avec le remplissage génératif.
Adobe Photoshop me dit que je ne suis pas connecté et que je dois vérifier ma connexion internet, alors que cette dernière fonctionne correctement.
Une idée ?

@Fabian Viroux this is a completely different issue than this post. Check your Windows Defender settings to make sure PS is listed and allowed. Otherwise please start a new thread or search the community for one of the existing threads dealing with this specific issue.
