Kontext Limit Reached after four generations, Firefly and Google work

updated beta after Kontext and Google implementation announcement, both new models worked, I had four generations with Kontext and Google each, I shut down, on next launch PS beta updated again, immediately I received the Kontext error/notice that my credits are used , that I need to upgrade my subscription. Google and Firefly still work. (Non-beta) Photoshop Firefly works without errors and my credits are almost full since I do not use very often. they reset on the 27th

the release stated:

From 9/25 - to MAX (10/28) users will have:

• CC Pro: 500 free uses per day total (doesn't matter the model)
• CC Standard, Single App, and Photography paid plan users: will have free 100 uses for EACH model.

I have not found any posts or  anyone elder reporting this type of behavior with Kontext in PS beta.
