Layer adjustment no longer allows me to adjust its curves, values, etc. (PS 26.11.0 beta)

I can't get to the values panel while making a layer adjustment or after adding the adjustment layer.  I have never had this problem before. I have restarted PS, restarted the computer, and tried several PS files. PS 26.11.0 beta, Mac ios Sequoia 15.3.1
