Lighting effects

I need a help my friends. try to work with Lighting Effects. Before I was able to ajust lights, change direction and now this option disable. I try to fix it in many ways. Watch many YT videos, nothing helps 

any one can help me please

Lighting Effects uses the feature set for 3D, and 3D being discontinued because it doesn't work in modern operation systems. You can download 22.2 from the CC app and have multiple versions installed.

Are you trying to use lighting effects in the beta version or the released version (23.5)?
