Photoshop beta version generating fill Nano banana option only not working. Why reason?

The reason is in the error. You are using a version from your organization where an administrator must grant access to use these features. Contact your admin and have them look in the following location for the toggle: Admin Console under Settings> Asset Settings > Non-Adobe Generative AI Models > Toggle the switch on/off .
