Neural Filter - Portrait option unable to load.

Onloading  the Filter, the first three options are nunable to be turned on, thus I cannot download their required files.

This occurs on my current version 26.8 m.3090, all so on the beta version.

Are faces detected in the images?

When this alert is displayed, the first three options are inactive.

No faces are not detected.
Skin Smoothing; Smart Portrait; Makeup Transfer; and Harmonization. These are all greyed out
