No funciona la Reducción de Ruido por IA tanto con Photoshop como con Lightroom

Cuando intento reducir el ruido, no manualmente sino por AI, el sistema me da un mensaje de error y se bloquea el programa.

Esto me sucede tanto en Photoshop ACR como en Lightroom.

He actializado la BIOS de mi ordenador, así como también verificado que tengo actualizada la última versión de mi tarjeta gráfica Nvidia Geforce GT 1030 y a pesar de ello, el problema persiste.

Qué puedo hacer al respecto? La única solución posible es cambiar la tarjeta gráfica?

1. Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut
With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

2. It may help if we could see your Photoshop beta System Info. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Hi Cory.

Su propuesta del item 1 no es posible dado que no puedo restaurar las Preferencias debido a que, por consejo de Nvidia, desinstalé y volví a instalar Windows 10, con lo cual también instalé Photoshop nuevamente.

Antes de contactar con Adobe Community, estuve en contacto con Departamento Técnico de Nvidia y vimos que no existe una nueva actualización para la tarjeta gráfica de mi ordenador. Me dices que tiene una antigüedad de 10 meses. Perdona si he entendido mal pero es esa una antigüedad como para cambiarla? Me podrías aconsejar que tipo de tarjeta necesitaria instalar para poder solucionar este problema, ya que muchas veces me da error al querer aplicar Desenfoque de Lente.

Hi Cory.

Así lo haré, porque el problema no sólo no se ha resuelto sino que
encuentro que se agrava.

No sólo no puedo usar la función Reducción de Ruido, ciertas veces no puedo
abrir el Filtro Camera Raw con una capa creada en Photoshop. Para salvar el
problema debo guardar el archivo como png y luego volver a abrirlo y, si
hay suerte, me deja trabajar en ACR.
