NO photoshop beta app

I have download the photoshop beta app - from this below links

when i oopen the creative cloud..i dont see the photoshop beta version to install..i have other software beta ( image attached). What is the issue? and how to download the photoshop beta app?

I tried multiple times  - uninstall and reintall. Also i have used cleaner to remove the files. Still photoshop beta version is not showing up. Please help.
