Not able to export image or download image

Hi I have been able to export and download my images with no problem but not anymore...it's suddenly stopped. Can you help? Thanks,

Hi @grant mylittletribe sorry to hear this. When did you first notice this issue?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
