Photoshop beta failing to download

Version 26.6 makes it to about 70% of download before it fails.  I attempted this 3 times.

I am unable to download Photoshop beta. The previous version is unavailable on my computer anymore; it just disappeared.

Any solutions.

M1 Macbook Pro 14 inch.

Got it.  It was a setting to allow access to the program.

What have you tried?

Restart the computer.

Restart Creative Cloud Desktop app

Make sure Creative Cloud Desktop app is up to date.

Reinstall Creative Cloud Desktop app.

The 70% is indicating the dowqnload, and the next 30% would account for the installation, so I suspect the problem is not with the download.
