Photoshop Beta nicht verfügbar trotz Testphase?

Hallo,

ich kann die Photoshop Beta nicht testen, obwohl ich vorhin erst eine Testphase bestellt habe. Ich kann das normale Photoshop zwar nutzen, jedoch nicht die Beta. Woran liegt das? Wollte ursprünglich die KI ausprobieren und evtl. mit dieser in Zukunft arbeiten, aber so wird das schwer.

I solved it. It did bug smh, so it couldn't be downloaded. I reinstalled the Creative Cloud and now it does install the Beta Version. Thank you for your help guys!

As I understand you right you have a testversion of the cloud apps and not a valid subscription.

I think in this case there are no access to the beta versions.

@AxelMatt Trial or not they are technically a subscriber (until they cancel) so they should see them. There are no restrictions as far as I've seen with trial period access.

I just can buy a subscription or use the testversion. I already have a running testversion of Photoshop. But it seems, it doesn't unclude the Beta version smh. When i click on testversion, it is confused why i use the same testversion twice.
