Photoshop (Beta) takes up two spots in my dock? A "ghost" one?

Anyone else experience this? On my iMac, when I minimize Photoshop (Beta), it takes up two spots in my dock. When I "open" either one, it opens the real one and they both go away. I don't know that this qualifies as a bug, so I'm posting here.

Hi @brandonm83234056 check your Mac OS Dock settings - that could be a "recent" application showing.

Yes, unchecking "show recent applications" seems to stop the redundent app icons from showing. Thank you.

I just installed photoshop 24 and two ghost icons show up, I checked my dock settings and I didn't have the "recent" application showing ?

It's taking up 4 spots for me as soon as i minimize the window! Very annoying

Running on brand new Mac Mini M2... does not have the same issue on my macbook M1

Hi, Yes I have noticed that too. On my Mac when I open PS Beta it opens a second icon and shows it in the Doc. When I quit PS Beta it only closes one icon, but the other one still shows? Not sure how to solve this.
