Photoshop is just not opening Video Files

I have the Windows edition of photoshop and I recently upgraded it to Photoshop Beta. Since I have upgraded it, Photoshop refuses to import to layers, any MP4 files. I have checked to see if these work and they do outside of photoshop, I even checked to see if it has the H.264 codec and it does, so photoshop SHOULD support it.

Please help, it's quite frustrating as it worked previously.

Hi @Emma30403368wqih curious, are you still able to open your video files in release version of Ps? Is it just the beta that is causing this issue?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
