Pixelated picture after expanding background via crop tool

Hello,

I have recently noticed that when I use the latest Photoshop Beta 26.0.0 and expand the image via crop tool (using either Content-aware fill or Generative Expand), I get a pixelated picture, and there a noticable decrease in quality after this action.

Could you please advise me on how to fix it?

That would be a great help.

Thank you.

Anna

@Anna309608431arx there is a limit to Generative AI features including Generative Expand of 2000 x 2000 px. If your image is hi-res and you are expanding beyond that limit - quality will drop off significantly.
