This happened after the latest beta update. When I open the print dialog it occupies part of the screen, then ratches to a smaller size while moving around, then settles in a size too small to use and it cannot be enlarged.

Hi @bmoag could you share a video or screenshots of your workflow showing the issue?
It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
