PS Beta 25.0 update in OS X Ventura (Silicon) errors out on load. 24.7 OK

I can no longer use 24.7 as it wants me to update but when I do update I get the following error message:

Version Beta 25.0

Mac Studio M1 Ultra with Ventura 13.4.1

This running well in  PS Beta 24.7.

Have tested Version Beta 25.0 on MacBook Pro M2 Max but with Ventura 13.5 and it works fine so the fix is probably to update the OS.

Update on this: Updated the OS but made no difference. Had to do a complete uninstall of the Beta and preferences... then restart (probably don't have to but that's what I did), then install.  Works properly again now.
