Hi Tiana.  Are you using the original shortcut?

Do you see any activity at all, or does nothing happen?

Try the Windows key > All apps

If still no luck, try accessing the .exe file in File Explorer

If still no activity, or I am not fully understanding your issue, give us as muuch detail as you can, and I am sure we'll work it out.
