"Aucune personne trouvée"

Hello,

I am running Photoshop Beta v26.3, on PC Windows 11. When I am using the object selection tool and selecting the option to select the persons, the system is saying "No person could be find" (or whatever the text is in English...). I tried to desinstall without keeping my preferences and to reinstall.

I got the same result whatever the picture with people I am using. I tried the Camera Raw filter with the select persons options. This time, it is working properly. I can see the icon of the different people identified on the picture.

Do you know what the issue is ? Can someone help ? Thanks in advance.

Evelyne

Hi @Evelyne37236712mcj7 please share some screenshots of what you are seeing on your desktop.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop beta System Info. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.  Please make sure you are on the latest Ps beta: Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.3.0 20250104.m.2928 bf7afe5 arm64

Thanks,

Thank you for the info @Evelyne37236712mcj7 but we need all of it, this is not enough to begin to see what might be a reason for the issue. As also requested, any screenshots so we can see what you are seeing.

Thanks,

Thank you for the sysinfo @Evelyne37236712mcj7 and screenshot.  It is possible that your graphics driver is outdated or not able to handel this feature.  Please review:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html#multiple-gpus

Your driver shows as 19 months old, so again, if an update is available it might be good to try as well.

Thanks,
