Hi!

 

Ps 2019 is not currently available for download, but you could install the 2021 version of Photoshop if you'd like to give it a try. 

 

Generally, you're able to install the current version and one version back. See, Photoshop - Supported versions

In that time and 2020 Photoshop Beta wasn't even pre-released, not saying of basic set of features, the users of regular Photoshop are requesting here to implement almost every day 😄 Anyway what was better in Ps 2019?
