Hello everyone,

I'm currently experiencing on a macbook air and mac mini an issue with the Selection Brush Tool and I don't know how to sort it out. It may be because I've pressed the wrong buttons, but I don't know how to make it work, as it should.

Here is the issue: https://www.loom.com/share/736a0288230d47d7b38da3edb9db09e3

Normally it should continue selection, however at each click, it inverts selection. How do I make it so when I click it continues the selection?

Since people rather focus on where this should have been posted rather than providing a solution for Photoshop and Photoshop Beta. I found the solution myself. When this happens, simply go to your brush selection tool and at the top bar you will find your home icon and next to it the brush icon with a dropdown. Clicking on it will reveal a small window, on this you can find the settings icon at the top right. Clicking it will provide a menu from which you select Reset Tool.

@Pixelsphotoart you would be better off reporting the issue on the Photoshop Beta forum

@Pixelsphotoart

I've moved your post from Photoshop to the Photoshop Beta forum.

It shouldn't be moved. The same problem appears in Photoshop on the mini mac.
