I am trying to save images in the new Photoshop beta (24.7) and the saves hang up at 99% for a fairly long time. I've not seen this behavior in any prior version of Photoshop, including the previous beta. I am using a 14" MacBook Pro running Mac OS Ventura 13.4.

Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut

With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

I replied to your email with the requested info. I launched the beta while holding down Shift+Command+Option. But I was not able to reset Prefs for the beta. The path you sent does not exist. And even if it did, I'm not sure how to reset Prefs once I'm there. In the Photoshop folder I do not see a Beta folder. Only 0, 23.1, 23.4, 23.5, and 24.0. I also do not see a Settings item.
