Stuck on Loading Document

The photoshop online Beta website gets stuck on 'Loading Document 100%' in the top right corner when i try to load into any of my files, it being stuck on this means i can not do anything to the image.

Sorry for the trouble opening your files in Photoshop web.

Can you let us know which browser you're working with?

Are you in a regular browser window or Incognito window?

Does this happen with all files or any in particular?

Can you create a new file successfully?
