The delay in the remove tool since the last update renders it unusable.

The remove tool has become so slow.  I have reset my setting and explored every option.   It really has become so slow that it is unusable.

Switch the tool to "Never use generative AI" and it works as previous. The "Auto" or "always use generative AI" slows it down because its going out to the cloud for results.

@kadir35618786i52o to be clear you are not paying for beta access - that is a perk of being a CC subscriber and completely voluntary - you are paying for the public Photoshop release.

If the beta is not working for you it should not be impactful because you should not be using the beta for production/client/commerical use per the terms of participating. If its not working at all, simply use the public Photoshop version.

That being said the option to change is in the options bar when using the tool:

Of course.....I fully understand that and seriously it doesnt have to be pointed out to me....I do believe that making a note of it online helps Adobe with problems people are having with the beta....Thanks

"It's incredibly slow. What is this? Can't you do anything properly? We’re paying so much, but we can’t even use it!!!"
