The reference image does not appear when using the generative fill!

I want to create a generative fill in the area I want in Photoshop, but I can't find a tab to put the reference image. It's frustrating.

 

The reference image appears in the entire image
I want to make generative fill only the area I want.

Anyone know how? 😂
