Sorry to hear you are having issues, could you explain more what steps you are trying to do and any screenshots you can share with what you are seeing? What do you mean "processing snapshots"? If you can give us a step by step on what you are doing/tools you are using and then seeing this freez up issue, we can better assist in solving it.
