There is no "generative fill" button

There is no "generative fill" button. I have "select item" button, and even after selecting the area, the "generative fill" window does not appear, a set of other buttons appears.
Why can this be so? What do I need to do to get the "generative fill" window to appear?
I have version 24.6.0, maybe an update is needed? Where can I find the latest version of Photoshop if creative cloud doesn't offer?

@Regina_Morozova the GF function is only available on Ps beta at this time.  Please download a copy via your CCD app and let us know if you still have issues.
