Hi @default28844315axj5se, not sure what your issue is. Could you share some more information or screenshots on what you are seeing and what your workflow is?
What browser and version are you using, have you tried another browser? Are you able to open any files or is the issue only with this one? Does your computer meet the specs for Ps on web?
